Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and materials must be included
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product analysis and technical specifications, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or Used LED Strip Lights – Continuous COB LED Strip Lights, Continuous COB White strips (due to customization and installation nature)
- Cut LED Components – Any LED strips or connectors that have been cut, modified, or installed
- LED Installation Accessories – Opened packages of connectors, wires, or diffusing channels
- Custom or Special Order Items
- Digital Products – Installation guides or digital content
Return Process – Step by Step
1Submit Return Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
2Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
3Package Your Items
Securely package the items in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4Ship Your Return
Ship the package to our warehouse address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

5Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Timeline & Methods
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible:
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days after return processing
- Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges to a different product:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange and specify the desired replacement product
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement product using your preferred shipping method
- Any price differences will be refunded or charged to your original payment method

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will typically ship a replacement immediately without requiring you to return the damaged item
